Gearing Up for 2017 Fiscal Year

DRIVEN Marketing Group, Inc. is gearing up for the next Fiscal Year.

For the past 6 years of DRIVEN, we already sold over 6 billion worth of properties, with a sales force of 114 Real Estate Brokers and around 750 Marketing Executives and Marketing Managers. Over the past years, we also trained our sellers in different approach in real estate selling especially in online marketing. Now, we challenge ourselves to target and hit higher. Together with our Staff, Salespersons, Cluster Heads, Real Estate Brokers, and this year on our DRIVEN Annual Strategic Planning, we decided to invite some of our Partner Developers to present and discuss our strategies and plans for 2017 held at Shercon Resort and Ecology Park, Batangas.


We seldom do offline activities like saturation, manning, and flyering, we do online marketing and about 95% of our sales came from online activities. So our CEO and President, Mr. Lubar de los Reyes, presented the Digital Marketing Road Map to our sellers. This shows how we will dominate online, what activities to implement, and what support do we need from our partners. Of course these will lead to conversion of leads into a huge amount of sales. We asked for the support of our partner developers and cluster heads, initially for the plotting and setting of training (Product Knowledge Seminar, Site Orientation, etc.) on our calendar for each developers.

2017 will be a big year for us and also a BIG push to our sellers. But we will also give something that will make our sellers #BeatYourBest and #BeTheBest. Mr. DJ Dimaliuat, CFO and VP for Finance and Training launched the 2017 Incentives to our sellers, from sales incentive to travel incentive. And the DRIVEN Business School, that has different levels and series of trainings.

After the presentations and plotting of events and trainings, our Annual Strategic Planning would not be completed without our Team Building activities. Zip line, Rappelling, outdoor activities (race relay, maze, etc.) and one big group activity which requires us to help and motivate each other.
